To operate a reliable marketplace for cars, bikes, scooters, commercial vehicles, and properties, we collect:

Contact and Identification Data: Name, email, phone number, mobile number, as well as full address with city and pin code.

Verification and KYC Documents: We receive mobile OTPs and, in the event of a sale or SIX Finance, Aadhaar, PAN, and Voter ID.

Digital Diagnostics and Blockchain Records: Our inspection includes a 250-point diagnostic, including engine compression, ADAS sensors, and a blockchain-verified condition report with a timestamp.

Financial & Credit Data: Through Our Authorised Partner, Six Finance, we gather the data required to connect you with non-bank financial entities and banks. You also permit us to verify your credit through registered bureaus.

Behavioural and Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser version, operating system, the length of time you remain on the site, the number of pages you have visited, and any filters you have applied to the True Cost of Living.

Location Data: You are located: Geo-location to help you find RTO offices nearby using your phone.

Direct Interaction: You provide this information when you are signing up.

Passive Collection: We use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and web beacons to monitor how the site is used.

Third-party Sources: We retrieve vehicle background information from Vahan, the RTO, and service histories to ensure listings are accurate.

Transactional Fulfilment: Establish direct connections between buyers and sellers/dealers via phone or WhatsApp, and automate all paperwork associated with RTO (Forms 29 and 30).

Technical Transparency: To run our AI Valuation Engine to do fair pricing and verify battery health of EVs.

Marketing and Personalization: To email you offers, new launches, and newsletters. Whenever you want to unsubscribe from promotional emails, you can do so.

Security & Fraud Prevention: To test listings and prevent fake listings by use of AI detection.

Financial Partners: We disclose your data to banks and NBFCs to be able to approve the loan under our Authorised Partner, Six Finance, only on your request.

Service Vendors: Six Buy & Sell relies on third-party providers for RTO automation, payments, and mechanical warranties.

Legal Compliance: We will disclose information when required by a court order or government investigation, or when necessary to defend our legal rights.

Business Successors: If our business is sold, the list of business customers can be included in the sale.

We implement technical, administrative, and physical safeguards. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest. However, as no system is 100% secure, you acknowledge that sharing data is at your own risk.

You are entitled to the following rights as provided in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act:

Right to Access & Correction: View, Update, and Edit your data in your account dashboard.

Right to Deletion: Request the deletion of your account and personal data by emailing support@six.ind.in.

Right to Nominate: You may nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

Consent Withdrawal: You have the right to give up on the processing of your data at any point, though this may restrict certain features of the platform.

SIX Buy & Sell is an intermediary online marketplace. We are not responsible for:

Misrepresentation of mileage, ownership, or price by sellers.

Fraudulent transactions or disputes regarding EMI, loan rejections, or delivery.

The mechanical failures following an inspection snapshot. According to the Terms, buyers must conduct their due diligence.

The laws of India shall govern this Privacy Policy. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
